After having some issues with the visitor counter at my other website www.multimolti.com/blog, I updated the script so that it is now possible to select another month in a previous year without resetting the year (when clicking at September 2008, you automatically got September 2010 before).

New “Journalism” section for news written by me

I have written posts for my blog about Internet, technology and computers for quite a while, but started to publish hardware and computer news on a German news site called PCMasters a few days ago. In order to keep track of my work, I created a new section “Journalism” under the “Projects” tab.

This new section features a list with the most popular posts on both websites and a list of all posts written by me on PCMasters. I hope you enjoy reading them!

Spam protection working fine!

Since the implementation of the simple spam protection, I didn’t get a single spam comment! So there is no need (yet) for a better way (captchas, registration, etc.)

Due to increasing comment spam on this website, I decided to implement a very easy way of spam protection. In every comment form, you will now find a security question.

The question is actually always the same, but I think it should be enough for the beginning. Probably, the spammers won’t care that much about my website to tell their scripts to answer that question. If I still get spam, some more serious defences will be implemented.
